Came here with a friend to have coffee. Оrdered one espresso and one espresso con panna, i.e. with whipped cream. The waiter then came back saying they don't have cream, or might not know how to whip it. this sounds unlikely since most kitchens use cream... Also keeping in mind that this is an expensive place with loads of staff, they should do better. After having explained to them how to make whipped cream, the guy comes back with an ordinary espresso macchiato. Fail. Without the great view this place would be a disaster. The staff are not service-minded.
